RETURNS: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at info@beautifiedbeautyco.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern.
Any orders that are accommodated or approved by one of our workers, a refund will be issued to that customer and our address will be provided to return the order. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return If the order is not approved and is returned, A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED. We are always happy to help!

DEFECTS
We aim to always get it tight the first time which is why we inspect each product 3-4 times throughout our control process. If you feel like your skincare was defective when received, contact us at info@beautifiedbeautyco.com with your order # and a photo of the product in question to open up a conversation on how we can make this right.

Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.
BEAUTIFIED BEAUTY CO. are not held responsible for:
-Mistakes made by television NEWS or NEWS papers
-Wrong address given by customers
-Damage to orders by postal service
-PO Box issues
-Stolen packages after delivery
ADDRESS: ALWAYS AND PLEASE double check to make sure you have entered the CORRECT shipping address. If you realized that the incorrect shipping address was entered, contact us immediately. Once your tracking number and shipping confirmation is sent, there is nothing we can do. If the package is returned back to us we will get in contact with you about the package to get the CORRECT shipping address, but you the customer will have to pay the shipping fee again. A refund will NOT be issued if your package is not returned to us.
